Yesterday I enjoyed great conversation at Renton Technical College's Diversity and Equity Summit:

I liked the conversational approach and atmosphere. Participants hailed from RTC, Green River Community College, Bellevue College, Puget Sound Educational School District, and independent affiliations. I appreciated the web content developers who came given my interest in multicultural marketing.
I desire to develop organizations and community by contributing communication consulting and photography content that normalizes and opens doors for people from diverse origins to interact and learn.
I contributed comments on fair evaluations via metrics and interviewing for soft skills such as intercultural communication and outreach competency. I also encourage organizations to assess trends and embed multiculturalism into their program design.
Thank you to event organizers and participants, and to Simone for the invite!
