Cedar River Trail Park, part of the Lake Washington & Cedar River Watershed, connects to Cedar River Park, affectionately called "Carco" by the locals, or home of Henry Moses Aquatic Center, Carco Theatre, and Renton Community Center. Along the trail you will find the Renton Memorial Stadium, which hosts sporting events for the city's high schools, and the nearby and newly finished bike trail.
The Lake Washington & Cedar River Watershed, about 90,000 acres (364 km²) in size, provides drinking water for roughly 1.4 million people in Seattle or 2/3 of King County at about 100 million gallons (378,500,000 litres) per day (WikiPedia).
The Cedar River Trail and Parks showcase yet another reason why I Love Renton and Renton is a great place to live, work, and play. Come enjoy the outdoor and community lifestyle that Renton offers!
